Online Mentoring

Proven Methods
With almost 30 year in the field, the MCC level coaches have designed & deliver the Mentor Coaching with much care & profound potential.
A combination of group mentor coaching & individual mentor coaching, at AlphaStars, the Mentor coaching is designed to enhance & multiply your understanding of and enhance your coaching skills, how well you use the ICF Core competencies & adhere to the coaching ethics in your coaching session.
Total 10 hours of Mentor Coaching comprises of
- 7+ hours of Group Mentor Coaching Session covering
- Discussion on Coaching Competencies, facilitated by a qualified MCC/PCC/ACC Mentor Coach. You will understand what are the assessment parameters of coaching competencies at ACC credential level and it's importance as a coach and discuss how or when you’ve put it into play.
- You coach someone in the group and/or witness a coaching session in a group. You will be asked to share your feedback to develop your sharpness to observe coaching competence as well as you will get feedback from experienced & qualified mentor coaches.
- 3 hours of 1-to-1 Mentor coaching, you get Detailed written Feedback followed by 1-to-1 verbal discussion on a recorded coaching session submitted by you.
- The through Coaching session Evaluation is a professional assessment of the application of the 8 ICF Core Competencies to identify strengths and focus area.
- Feedback is focused on the different markers of ICF core competencies, for the ACC level credential, the ICF ethics and clearing the Competency Knowledge Assessment (CKA).
- Another significant improvement in your coaching competencies comes from the clips of ICF passed coaching sessions we play (with permission from them) and insights given to you.
As our Mentor Coaching Program approach uses real data to explore the dynamics of the coaching conversation and its impact on you using your reflections, its results are magnificent.

Group Mentor Coaching Sessions
- Session 1: December 17, 4pm-6pm IST
- Session 2: January 14, 4pm-6pm IST
- Session 3: February 11, 4pm-6pm IST
- Session 4: March 04, 4pm-6pm IST
Individual Mentor Coaching Sessions
- Within 2 weeks of attending the session 3 of Group mentor coaching, Submit 1 recorded coaching session of approx 40 mins. along with the transcript. Only audio recording is accepted.
- You will get a full detailed evaluation of your performance as per the various markers of the ICF core competencies for ACC level within 4 weeks of receiving recording & transcript.
- On a mutually decided time, in a 1-to-1 dialogue of 30-50 mins, verbal feedback will be shared over zoom/skype on your performance. This is your opportunity to ask any question & get personalised insights on how you can improve as a coach.
